In 1984, Jiangnan Mould and Plasticization Limited Company was established. As the first Sino-foreign township joint venture of Jiangsu Province, the company took the first groping step to utilize foreign capital and cooperate with foreign companies.
In the end of 1998, with the merger and acquisition of Jiangyin Textile Hardware Factory and The Second Textile Machinery Factory, the group converted from collective ownership into joint stock company, admitting and arranging over 1000 employees for the government.
In September 1995, a joint venture, Jiangyin Zimmermann Auto Plastic Co.,Ltd. was co-founded with Germany Zimmermann Company, starting to supply decorations to Santana 2000.
In January 1994, the Headquarter of Jiangyin Mould Plastic Group Co.,Ltd. was established to further meet the demand of the company development.
In 1992, Joint Venture, which called Jingcheng Auto Special Plastic Associated Company, was established with Beijing Chemical Research Institute of State Ministry of Chemical Industry, contributing to the localization of raw material of automobile parts.
In December 2009, Zhongbao Jingli Pallet Pooling System (beijing) Co., Ltd. was co-founded with China National Packaging Corporation consolidating the development in the logistics industry area.
In 2008, JNMPT set up joint venture company which was called Beijing Beiqi Mould&Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd. with Beijing Hainachuan Automobile Parts Co.,Ltd. manufacturing matching parts for Benz and Beijing Hyundai. The group company preliminarily implemented the nationwide development of automobile industry.
In November 2007, the group established Jiangnan Mould&Plastic Technology USA Co.,Ltd. and acquired the USA Serbia Cooper Industry Limited Company, accessing to the North American market.
On 28 August 2007, Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, held a cordial talk with Robert Cao, gengeral manager.
In 2006, the group company registered Yantai Mingyue Mould&Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd. progressively becoming one of the largest bumper production bases in China.
In 2006, Shenyang Minghua Mould&Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd. was established and put into operation, becoming the first domestic partner of BMW.
In the end of 2003, the group company established Wuhan Mingjie Mould&Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd. with Jiangnan Mould&Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd. accelerating the nationwide development.
In November 2003, the group company opened Jiangyin Lifeisland Hotel and Hofbraeuhaus(HB), entering into the unique hotel service area.
In July 2003, Shanghai Mingchen Mould&Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded, introducing the world’s most advanced paint assembly line. The production of colored bumpers was excess of 300,000 sets. The group went out of Jiangsu Province and embarked on domestics industrial development.
In July 2003, the group established Jiangyin Mingtai Guarantee Investment Co., Ltd. officially entering into financial industry and providing a financing service platform to the future development of each subsidiary.
In June 2000, Wuxi Hongyi Real Estate Limited Company was established, mainly engaged in the development and sale of real estate, entering into the real estate industry.
In August 1999, the group headquarter bought out one of the Jiangyin’s top ten listed companies, “Xingcheng Stock”, and became the first holding company of a listed company in Jiangyin, accessing to the capital market officially.
On December 1, 2023, Chengdu Factory of Beiqi Mould&Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd. was completed.
On April 14,2023, Shenyang Minghua Dadong Plant Opening Ceremony was held grandly.
On May 24, 2018, Chairman Cao Kebo with German Chancellor Merkel and P.R.C. Premier Li Keqiang attended the China-German Economic Conference.
